Unfortunately, we have no history or info about this mine other than it appeared in list of Cornish mines as a Uranium mine.
There is supposed to be a spoil tip nearby, however we did not find it. There are quite a few samples to be had here on the track leading passed the chimney. It's just a question of walking up and down the track, getting a reading and then isolating the radioactive rocks from the rest of them.

The chimney belonging to this mine is just on the side of a public footpath track. It is quite easy to find (see map below).
